We understand it can be difficult to choose the right items shopping online and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. You are entitled to a replacement with all faulty products or a store credit or refund where products are no longer available or out of stock.
Please note, some returns may need to be assessed to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate and in some cases products may need to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment. Larger items such as gym/fitness equipment are non returnable unless faulty or damaged. We will do our best to send replacement parts before having to return an item. This will be determined by our equipment engineers. Please keep all original packaging in case your item needs to be returned.
We allow you to return any clothing for exchange or store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order. All postage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. For all returns or exchanges, please ensure items are unworn and unused (with the original tags) Items are in the original packaging (which needs to be in original condition) Proof of purchase will also need to be provided by way of your order number.
If the goods you returned are more expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will give you a refund for the difference. The refunded difference will be processed to the original form of payment. If the goods you returned are less expensive than the goods you would like to exchange it for, we will charge you for the difference. An invoice outlining payment options will be sent to your provided email address. Goods will not be sent until payment has been received.
For all returns please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and supply your Name, Address and Order Number and the reason you are returning the item. Once your email has been processed by one of our sales staff will will contact you with instructions for returning your item.
